Then National Council has released a NEW Annual Health History and Medical Record (aka BSA Medical Form). It is intended that Units, Scouts, and Leaders begin to phase the use of this form in now. It will be mandatory for use on January 1, 2014. The new form may be found on the National Council's forms site. You can get there by following this link.
Scouting’s Journey to Excellence is the BSA’s council, district and unit performance recognition program designed to encourage and reward success and measure the performance of our units, districts, and councils. It replaced the (Centennial) Quality Awards program as a means of encouraging excellence in providing a quality program at all levels of the BSA.
